The Opal Beauty Vault is FREE to join! You simply make a monthly deposit into your Opal patient wallet via Aesthetic Record and apply it to your services & products when you come in for treatments. Think of it like a savings account for your treatments/services at Opal Aesthetics. If the service you are receiving is more in value than the balance in your Opal Beauty Vault, you simply pay the difference at your appointment.

The Opal Beauty Vault helps you budget for your beauty needs. By depositing a set amount each month, you can avoid the sticker shock when you make larger purchases such as ‘tox, filler and laser treatments. Plus, it comes with additional perks like double birthday and referral credits, $1 off per unit of ‘tox, and more.

Your vault balance at Opal Aesthetics is kept up-to-date every month so you can come in and enjoy your discounted services or products when you’re ready. Your vault is capped at an annual amount of $1,800. Should your vault exceed $1,800, your account will be placed into ‘Freeze’ which will allow you to use your balance before adding additional funds.

There is no long-term commitment. Memberships are month to month after the first 90 days, and you can cancel with 30 days written notice.

Yes, you can freeze a membership for up to three months out of any 12-month period. Before you opt to freeze, remember that you can always use your beauty vault towards product purchases to continue your skincare regimen at home, even if you aren’t receiving regular treatments. If you choose to freeze, you are still able to visit the spa and use any banked dollars you have in your account, but you do not have access to membership discounts while your membership is frozen.

If you cancel your membership, you do not lose the funds in your vault. However, if your membership is canceled, you are no longer eligible to receive the discounts associated with your membership.

Pricing: Pricing is subject to change. Members will be notified in advance of any price changes to their subscription. Opal Beauty Vault members cannot combine special pricing with any other offers.
Minimum Commitment: A minimum 3 month commitment is required when entering the program. Cancel at any time with a 30-day advance written notice. Please send all cancellation requests to Hello@OpalCharleston.com
Benefits: MembershipBenefits are listed below under rewards. No benefits will be applied until the front desk has confirmed membership. Membership must be purchased BEFORE any services are performed. Any services performed before the time and date of the membership purchased will not be eligible for discount.
Cancellations: Membership can be canceled anytime. A minimum 3-month commitment is required when entering the program. Cancel at any time with a 30 day written advance notice sent to the email at Hello@OpalCharleston.com. Once canceled, you are no longer eligible to receive the discounts associated with your membership but do not lose banked funds in the vault.
Payment: Payment will automatically be withdrawn monthly from the payment method provided when membership was created.I understand that my monthly membership fee must be paid in full each month on my designated draw date in order to stay active in the Opal Beauty Vault membership. Only active members are eligible to use the membership discounts, participate in members-only events or pre-sales, and other member-only perks. The noted rewards will only be deposited into the wallet if my membership is paid in full. I must retain one working credit card on file at all times, and it is my responsibility to ensure my dues are paid. If Opal Aesthetics is unable to charge my card for monthly dues, I will have a seven day grace period to rectify the situation. If I am unable, Opal Aesthetics will consider an early cancellation, and I will be unable to book until my cancellation fee is paid in my wallet credits are deducted. I will be required to pay the startup fee if I choose to re-enroll.
Banking: The $150 monthly cost is banked into your Opal Aesthetics patient wallet and can be used towards products & services offered under the program.
Rewards: On sign up, you will receive bank $150 per month in your vault ($5 a day) up to $1,800 a year MAX, plus:

Limits: Only one subscription per client. $150 per client per month maximum. A higher amount banked does not entitle you to more incentives.
Program Changes: By signing up you agree to all membership program changes and cancellations from Opal Aesthetics in the future. Opal Aesthetics reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of this program at any time. No member of the Opal Beauty Vault membership program can be grandfathered into changes in the program. Opal Aesthetics also reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time.
Summary: Minimum 3 month commitment required before entering the program. 30 day notice of intent to exit must be received by email at Hello@OpalCharleston.com
IN NO EVENT WILL OPAL AESTHETIC BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE OF THIS MEMBERSHIP.
