Opal Aesthetics Appointment Policies
Late Arrival Policy:
Opal respects the time of all our clients and staff. With every booked appointment, our staff reserves time exclusively for you and your treatment. To avoid delaying clients who are booked after your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. In this situation, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment for another time.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a non-refundable charge of $50. To avoid this cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Appointment Modification Policy:
If you need to make changes to your appointment, you may do so by logging into the Patient Dashboard or by contacting our office during business hours at 843-226-1884. Adjustments that need to be made to your appointment can affect the time structure. Please make all changes no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Max Payment Methods:
Patients may use a maximum of two (2) payment methods per transaction. This policy ensures efficient processing and reduces errors at checkout.
Service Deposit Policy:
To reserve your appointment, a deposit will be collected at the time of booking for select services. These deposits are held in your Patient Wallet and applied toward your upcoming treatment at checkout. Deposits are required for the following services due to the extended time and value of these appointments:
Dermal Filler: $100 deposit
Biostimulators: $100 deposit
SkinPen Microneedling: $100 deposit
Moxi™ / BBL Laser Treatments: $100 deposit
Ultimate HydraFacial: $50 deposit
Wrinkle Relaxer (Neurotoxin) Treatments: $50 deposit
Your deposit secures dedicated time with your provider and ensures we can continue to offer personalized, uninterrupted care to each of our patients. Deposits are fully applied toward your treatment total at the time of service. Should you need to modify or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide notice in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Your deposit is non-refundable and will stay in your patient wallet for future use.
